Before joining ECG, Deirdre Baggot spent 6 years at The Camden Group as Senior Vice President. She was the Vice President and leader of practice for bundled payments. Before that she spent 10 years in academic healthcare. Starting her career at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and later the University of Michigan Health System, serving in key leadership roles. Deirdre has authored more than 20 written works on healthcare reform, bundled payments, and payment transformation and has been featured as an expert on National Public Radio’s Morning Edition, Planet Money, and All Things Considered.
